Adult arthritis class is taught by Sharon "Sis" Hart (certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association, Arthritis Foundation and National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise) 

  • Days: Monday and Friday
  • Times: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Bring: Towel, swimsuit, and water shoes
  • Pay: Each session or purchase a 10 session card
